Guard Your Heart

The month of love is few days away but still, allow me to  write my thoughts here. 

When questions starts popping out like “Why did you do it?” ‘Why did you say it?”

I know the answer very well. 

I’m trying to understand that people go extremely crazy when they are in love.

With this there’s no reason to regret everything. What’s done was done. It’s over. 

We couldn’t be very thankful that it happen but we should might as well, begin to accept it. Not just accept it in words but accept it in our hearts. 

Not all bad things are bad things. This is a very cliché line but “bad things happen for a reason”.

[Hopefully,  we won’t use that cliche line to cover up wrong doings and wrong decisions we made in the past tho.]

I hope and pray in the future I will be able to stick to my principles. I hope and strongly pray that I will not let my emotions overtake me again. 

Emotions are sometimes deceiving. It can ruin us. It can shame us. It can tear down walls inside us that we build in a long period of time for protection.

Above all else, Guard your heart, for it is a wellspring of life. Proverbs 4:23
